In the 16th century, Sen Rikyu (???) established the foundation of Japanese Tea Ceremony, or Chado in Japanese. Our guest presenter, Yoko, will briefly explain the history of tea. She will introduce some of the necessary elements used for the Tea Ceremony such as how to enter the tea house, how to walk and bow.  She will demonstrate some movements and utensils used for making and serving tea, and two volunteers will learn how to drink the tea. A demonstration of serving tea will be performed with 3 volunteers.  Questions and answers will follow.
