Anyone wanting a gentle exercise class, is welcome.  You do not have to be 65 or older to attend. The cost is $3 per class.  No need to register. We invite babies through 2 years olds (with caretaker) to chime right in to this music and dance class.  We will start by "Shaking Out Our Sillies."  We will read a few special body related themed board book.  Next, everyone will get the chance to break out the musical instruments for tons of fun.  We can't forget our theme song "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes.  Your babies will love to move their feet, legs, tummies, hands and heads to the music!  

This week we will focus on...LEGS.

Each week will feature a different part of the body.  First, we will "Shake Out Our Sillies," then we will sit down to enjoy a few books relating to the body part of the week.  There will be song, finger-plays, stories and tons of fun.  The children will also be introduced to a new exercise every week.  We will continue introducing STEM to the children.  This is a great opportunity for your children to discover Science...Technology...Engineering...Math.  

Please feel free to stay after storytime to get to know each other.

Start or continue your yoga journey with classes through South Park Library. We will integrate yoga flow with gentler hatha yoga and pose work; connecting our breath with movement to increase flexibility and strength as well as body awareness. Come join us and you will soon discover a new you both on and off the mat. You will be guaranteed a wonderful night's sleep! Please bring your own mat, water and a hand towel. Participants are required to sign a liability waiver. The cost is $5 per class.  Please plan to arrive fifteen minutes before class to get settled on your mat. Namaste.

We will also be providing a snack to any child who completes a study sheet for the grade they just finished.  May challenge yourself with a study sheet for the school year you are going into instead!


Please register below and include each child seperately...so we can be sure to have enough supplies on hand for everyone.

Holly is back for our second science lab of the summer! This time we will be learning about the science behind rocketry to create a cube launcher. We'll be getting outside to launch our rockets, too!

Kids will love to make a lung model that they get to keep and take home with them.  They will also do an activity where they get to measure the amount of oxygen in their blood while at rest compared to when exercising.  They will get to build a body puzzle, too!  Finally, the kids wil be able to check out heart and lung cells under a microscope.  This program has a lot to offer the kids to help them build a better you!

We will integrate yoga flow with gentler hatha yoga and pose work; connecting our breath with movement to increase flexibility and strength as well as body awareness. Come join us and you will soon discover a new you both on and off the mat. You will be guaranteed a wonderful night's sleep! Please bring your own mat, water and a hand towel.
