    On every Thursday in May, the LSU Ag Center will be conducting a nutrition and exercise program at the Central Library. The program is titled "News for Healthy Living." In the program, participants are taught how to eat healthy, read nutrition labels, and eat right to control blood pressure, cholesterol, and some cancers. After the nutrition class, there will be an exercise portion where the participants will stretch and walk themselves to better health. Ages: Adults
