It certainly has been a wonderful,  eventful 6 weeks, incredibly  informative.  The time has flown by,  as it often does when you are having fun.

What a great group of participants. We have really enjoyed this club.  

This meeting will be the Garden Club's Summer FINALE PARTY. Lots of surprises planned. 

Hosted by the Stoneham Garden Club

The Stoneham YOUTH Garden club has explored the fun of gardening and the wonders of nature!      All this and more.

This club held  weekly meetings every Wednesday  morning. This Wednesday, the 26th, will be the final meeting.    .  Ages 6+ (First grade)  REGISTER for one, some,  or all in the Stoneham Junior Library.

 2017 Summer Library Reading Theme “Build a Better World”~~Design and build your own building with cardboard and paint in Buchanan’s style.POP UP ART!  This is a creative , HANDS-ON program for boys and girls AGES 7 TO 13.  Space is limited, registration will be required.  Registration start date TBA.     Learn about Beverly Buchanan, a contemporary artist who cobbles together small buildings made from found objests and slabs of wood painted in bright colors.  Go home with a creation of your very own.  Space is limited,  pick up your FREE Tickets in the Junior Library.

 A Museum of Science Traveling Program.   Just like real rockets,  Participants engineer, launch, and return vehicles for an imaginary space journey.   Space is limited to 25 particiapnts ages 5+.  Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.  Thanks to a generous grant from the Museum of Science, the Library will offer two sessions.   Back to Back.

Space is Limited,  Registration required.

Our Mystery Book Discussion Group reads best-selling author, Faye Kellerman's, Straight into Darkness.  Set in 1920s Munich, Germany, the novel is a thriller characterized by dark political intrigue and murder.  Kellerman has been called, "a master of mystery."
