    Travel to Tanglewood Music Festival, Lenox MA for a performance by the Boston Symphony Orchestra. The 2:30 pm program includes VIVALDI (Concerto in B-flat for violin, cello, and strings and Concerto in A minor for two violins and strings), J.S. BACH (Concerto No. 2 in E for violin and strings and Brandenburg Concerto No. 2 in F) and TELEMANN (Concerto in G for viola and strings). The bus leaves the library at 11 am and will leave Tanglewood one half hour after the program's end. $40 ticket price includes bus and a seat in the Music Shed. Travel times allow for picnicking on the lawn (pack your own). Please call the library to reserve a seat. No seats will be held without payment.

    Come one and all to our very own Pet Parade! Watch as our favorite furry (or scaly or feathery!) friends march around the outside of the library. All pets must be on a leash or in a cage. Don't worry-if it rains we will show the feature film "Because of Winn-Dixie" on this date in place of the parade.

    Margaret Foran Ackley, Licensed Health Insurance Professional will present information about the basics of Medicare, including the different parts of the program, eligibility requirements and enrollment windows. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions about their coverage options and how to find coverage that best meets their health and financial needs. "My goal is to help people enrolling in Medicare for the first time or making changes to their coverage feel more comfortable and secure in the process.
