Pysanky egg dyeing is a technique used to create ornate patterns on eggs. Come and learn the process in this fun hands-on class.

Teens in 7th to 10th grade are invited to participate in this Battle of the Books program.  Form a team consisting of two students—you and a partner—sign up at the Library, and begin reading.  Relying on their remembrance of books they had to read, and their quick reflex skills, teams will attempt to accumulate the most points for their team to win the Battle of the Books.

 

Registration is open to as many participants who wish to be involved.  The teams must be made up of any combination of two 7th -10th graders.  Individuals may sign up on their own! Begin reading your books when you sign up!

 

The Teen Battle will be held on Thursday, March 19 at 6:00 p.m.  (Doors open at 5:30 p.m.)

 

Registration for all Battles will begin on Monday, January 12 and end on Saturday, January 31.  Registration takes place in person, at the Library.
