Members of the NSB Select/Reflect Book club will read and watch The Great Gatsby. “Jay Gatsby had once loved beautiful, spoiled Daisy Buchanan, then lost her to a rich boy. Now, mysteriously wealthy, he is ready to risk everything to woo her back.”

Prerequisites: Participation in Getting Started with Computers and a basic knowledge of a typewriter keyboard are strongly encouraged.

Richard O'Toole's presentation on Cuba, the old and the new, includes a slide and video show of Cuba, its people and its world-renowned underwater park, the Gardens of the Queen.  Richard and his wife, Dolores, were on a sanctioned land and dive tour of Cuba a week before and a week after the U.S. embargo was lifted.
