A gentle and effective form of exercise that can be practised by people of all ages and phsical capabilities. Mat based PILATES can be described as a body control tecnique class that focuses on the key postural muscles to help improve strength, flexibility, mobility, body alingnment and reduce stress.
Only £6 per class.
Beginners welcome.
Participants wil require light comfortable clothing, bare feet or socks and a suitable mat. Classes are run on a pay-as-you-go basis to suit your own busy lifestyle.
