food_tomato 7:00 PM  -  8:45 PM Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)     Tell a Friend
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture.  In short, people pay a farm up front at the beginning of a growing season to receive a portion of the farm’s harvest. Then every week throughout the season, freshly picked locally grown produce is delivered to designated pickup points.

Starting this June the Wilmington library will be a CSA pick up point for Farmer Dave’s of Dracut.  If you are interested in learning more about community supported agriculture, Farmer Dave will give a PowerPoint presentation explaining the CSA program and his farming practices.
