The ancient art and science of reflexology is growing in popularity as a means of relieving the stress caused in our daily lives by the hectic pace and the unrealistic expectations of the world that we now live in.  Reflexology has been shown in research studies to relieve stress, help manage pain and inflammation in the body, assist immune function, circulation and more. Regina Grossman, a lifelong Connecticut resident and Professional Reflexologist, will introduce the audience us to this alternative therapy that is suitable for all ages.

The application and the effect of the therapy are unique to each person.  After completing a series of reflexology sessions for a specific condition, many people find it beneficial to continue with regular treatments in order to maintain health and well being.  Reflexology is a non- invasive therapy without the side effects associated with some conventional pain relievers.

Regina Grossman received her training in the well-known Laura Norman Method of reflexology in New York City.  She practices at the Chi Center at Chiropractic Care of East Granby and has lived in Bloomfield for the past 30 years.

Please call 860-627-1495 to reserveyour seat.  Seating is limited.
