Parents can chat together, shildren can engage in toys - music - and maniuplatives together, Everyone will have some FUN! The Playgroup will run for approximately 45 minutes - with free play lasting about 15 minutes and then songs, stories, simple art and parachute play will be offered!

All are welcomed for the interaction. Playgroup is held monthly!

Knights of the Round Table

For children 1st Grade until 4th. Discovery Adventure is an inter-active parent/child program based on different era’s/events and topics through out history. Each time we will explore a new topic. Hands on activities, books, and open discussion will be part of Discovery Adventure. This months theme is about Knights and each child will be designing a “Family Crest”.  Parents must stay with their children. For nearly forty years the Pumpernickel Puppets have captivated audiences of all ages with humorous and colorful adaptations of classic folk and fairy tales. John McDonough and his puppets present over two hundred fifty shows a year at schools, libraries and private parties throughout the New England area.

Block Party

Ages 4 and up, anyone that can create with the small LEGOS.
Come in on Wednesday afternoons monthly to build. 
LEGO creations will be posted on Facebook and Instagram and (if space allows) in the library.
Come to make your own invention.

Larger blocks are available for smaller hands.
Children must be attended to by an adult.

Please leave your food/drink and personal LEGOS at home.
Thank you to our generous patrons for the many LEGO donations that helped start this program.

Pick out a recipe, prepare it, and bring it to the meeting - we'll discuss the book and sample the recipes.

Come join Carol Carver - Early Childhood Support Specialist - from Self-Help, Inc. Coordinated Family & Community Engagement Program.

Parents can chat together, shildren can engage in toys - music - and maniuplatives together, Everyone will have some FUN! The Playgroup will run for approximately 45 minutes - with free play lasting about 15 minutes and then songs, stories, simple art and parachute play will be offered!

All are welcomed for the interaction. Playgroup is held monthly!

Activities are geared for 2-4 year olds.
