    This registration is open to Lakeville Residents. On Thursday, September 16th registration will open for everyone. There will be five storyhour groups this fall for children ages 2 to 5.

2 and 3 year olds--Tuesdays at 10:30

4 and 5 year olds--Tuesdays at 1:00

2 and 3 year olds—Wednesdays at 10:30

4 and 5 year olds--Wednesday at 1:00

2 and 3 year olds—Thursdays at 10:30


This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Lakeville Public Library and is free to the public.

eth_pottery 11:00 AM  -  12:30 PM Pied Potter Hamelin's Magical Potter's Wheel Remind Me about this Event   Tell a Friend
    Rick Hamelin's performance will include discussions of techniques of creating pottery and the history of pottery making locally and regionally in Massachusetts. There will be a unique demonstration of making teapots, chickens, and dragons on the pottery wheel. These have been featured in over 200 venues since 1985.
Mr. Hamelin is a redware potter and is recognized as a "Keeper of Tradition" by the Massachusetts Cultural Council and by the Directory of Traditional American Crafts.
This project is supported by a grant from the Lakeville Arts Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusets Cultural Council, a state agency. http://lakevillearts.com/
