Sing and dance along with the Snow Queen herself!  Queen Elsa will be visiting Ridley Township Public Library to share stories, sing "Let It Go", and make it snow in the library!  Afterwards, children can pose for pictures with Elsa.

All ages welcome (suitable for ages 6 and under).

A wonderful family program, join Makin' Music as they play the guitar and lead children and parents in familiar and original songs and rhythm chants!  Bring the family and come join the fun.  Performances will be held in Garling Hall (lower level library).

Makin' Music will be performing at Ridley Library on Saturdays September 16, October 21, November 18, and December 16.  Register below beginning September 11.  Sign up once for all four sessions and join us when you can!

The Ridley Township Public Library is offering a free Basic Meditation Workshop led by Rich Conti from the Schoolhouse Center Meditation Group.  

 Meditation requires no extensive training, preparation or effort. It is simple, easy and anyone can do it. A simple commitment of a few minutes a day can make a real difference in a person’s life by helping to clear the mind and reduce stress. The best way to learn about meditation is for someone to show you what to do and how to do it. Join us to learn how to meditate!

This is a health literacy program of the PA Forward Initiative.

Christine Helmandollar, director of Senior Community Services’ Aging at Home Program, will speak about how the program can benefit seniors,

by giving them the support needed to help them stay in their own homes. The program gives older adults "peace of mind."  Holiday refreshments will be served.

This is a Civic and Social Program of the PA Forward Initiative.

To get everyone into the holiday spirit, “Keep Music Alive” will present a Free Holiday Concert. at Ridley Township Library.

All are invited to come and enjoy favorite holiday tunes, performed by local singing artists.  "Keep Music Alive" is an organization founded

to promote the value and importance of music in our lives.
