Join us as Sharon Hawkes gives a presentation on Lyme disease. She's discuss what other tick-borne diseases may be in the mix, how does one get diagnosed, what treatment options are out there, what state laws have been enacted to protect one’s treatment choices, and how does one prevent tick-borne disease (both personal and property prevention).

Sharon Hawkes is the Director of Nahant Public Library, a member of the Massachusetts Lyme Legislative Task Force, and helped promote a Lyme bill that became law last year.

* Please note, applications must be returned to the Children's Department with a parent/guardian. Time slots fill on a first come basis and popular slots fill quickly.
