State Senator Eric Lesser will be visiting the ELPL to discuss his legislation on high-speed rail access between Springfield and Boston. His visit coincides with the launch of ONE BOOK for All, the community read of The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind by William Kamkwamba & Bryan Mealer. Registration encouraged.

 

The intent of a community read is to promote literacy, creative thinking, and a spirit of community through inter-generational conversations and shared experiences among people of all ages. We will have an adult book, a young reader's chapter book and a picture book.
