This month‘s adventure is: FOREST BATHING SENSORY STROLL.

Did you know spending time around trees can actually make you healthier? Join us for a lowkey walk at Willie Wildlife Marsh in Gloversville, a local nature spot with multiple accessible trail options. We’ll focus on the stress-reducing effects of nature and explore multisensory activities, such as a forest scavenger hunt, to promote mindfulness and wellbeing. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing!
