Registration is requested no later than April 5.  Tuition is $10 for all four classes. 

Teen YOGA classes help cultivate self-discipline, promote self-eseem and maintain physical,mental and spiritual well-being. Each class will focus on strengthening, toning and relaxation, providing teenagers with a healthy and challenging way to direct their energy. This class will also be great for athletes who need stretches strengthening and breathing work to ehance athletic performance and decrease injuries. Parents are welcome to take this class with their student.

We continue to learn the basics and advantages of YOGA exercise. This class is stuitable for the beginner or intermediate student. Bring a mat to class NOTE: Tuition is $5.00 per class, payable at the Library desk before class If you attend both the Wednesday and Saturday sessions in the same week, tuition is $7 for both classes.

This class is tailored for children, and YOGA essentials are incorporated to encourage healthy habits, concentration and memory, limber bodies and sleep-field nights. This class offers children a freedom from curriculum and competition where creativity and confidence can flourish.

Parents are welcome to take this class with their children.
