Back from political death, having lost the Presidency by a razor thin margin to John F. Kennedy and then the race for governor of California, he rose from the ashes to win the Presidency twice. Whatever political victory he ever had is overshadowed by Watergate, dirty tricks, resignation and the war in Vietnam. He became associated with everything that is bad in American politics. But looking back at his time in office you see opening the door to China, creating the EPA, ending the draft, womens right in college sports, support for Israel. Where will history and where will you rate this flawed President?
