    Yoga has existed for 5,000 years and is a great form of exercise that helps improve strength, flexibility and overall mobility. Join us to practice yoga with a professional instructor. You will learn many yoga postures, breathing techniques and methods of relaxation. Yoga poses will be adapted to all ability levels and can be done seated in a chair or standing.
