THIS EVENT IS HELD AT THE SOUTH FAYETTE SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER!

Come read to trained therapy dogs in a supportive and fun environment. Also have a chance to make a dog-related craft activity and gets lots of cuddle time with the dogs!

This event is free but registration is required. The library will provide books at various reading levels so that there is something for everyone to share with our four-legged friends!

Katie Myser of the Community Library of Allegheny Valley will teach us how to make beautiful clay jewelery. Each participant wil make a necklace with their favorite bead backed by a silver plated medallion. Cost: $10/person for materials.

We have this cookbook behind the circulation desk. Select a recipe to make and sign up for your recipe. Make a copy of the recipe to take home.

On the 10th please bring your prepared dish, copies of the recipe, and a serving utensil.

You can stay as long or as little as you like.

Fossils are a trace or print of a past age, millions or even billions of years ago.   This program will bring out the Paleontologist in you as we examine real fossils, reconstruct dinosaur fossil "bones" and create your own rock-like impressions.  Each child will take home a Horn Coral and a Brachipod fossil!

Ms. Judy and Ms Nicole are running the First session of Crazy 8's Club again for children who missed signing up earlier in the year. Children should plan to attend all 8 weeks.

Ms. Judy and Ms Nicole are running the First session of Crazy 8's Club again for children who missed signing up earlier in the year. Children should plan to attend all 8 weeks.

To register for Crazy 8's Math Club, children must have been enrolled in Kindergarten or First grade since September 2017. Home schooled children must have turned 5 years prior to August 31, 2017.

Registration will open March 1st.

For children in grades K-8 who are beginners at the game of chess. Players enjoy half-hour of play and half-hour of strategy instruction by our Chess master Eric. Participants must attend at least 6 of the 8 Monday evening sessions to be eligible for the tournament.

This is a free chess club that meets for 8 weeks on Monday evenings and the 9th week is a tournament

This is a movement program for toddlers, preschoolers, and their caregivers. We will start the program with animal yoga stretches and move on to other active play. Program will end with BUBBLES!!! Please wear shoes and clothing appropriate for running, jumping, and stretching.
