Join magician and juggler Scott Jameson for an extraordinary performance that will have you laughing out loud and perched on the very edge of your seat. Umbrellas will be plucked from thin air, a drawing will come to life, basketballs will be spun and juggled, and a member of the audience will unlock telekinetic abilities.

Here at the EGC, we are recruiting those with a certain something, that spark of curiosity that could save the world or destroy it! We have robots, little bits, and motorized Legos, oh my! We will build! We will destroy! Join us! This is a four-week program that will be run twice this summer starting in June and then again in July. Session 1's dates are Wednesday, June 27, (no class on the 7/4), July 11, July 18, July 25. When you register you are commiting to all four weeks.

Kidding Around Yoga is a unique children's yoga organization with a line of original songs, games and stories that are used in their child geared yoga classes. These programs provide a sense of calm, balance, and power for every child that rolls out a mat. These programs will be held outside on the Common, but if it rains we will hold them inside.

How would you like to learn to make unique greeting cards that can be used for any occasion? You will use the artist’s handmade paper to create a friendship knot and a pocket card that holds a bookmark gift with a quote. Experienced paper artist Lisa Siciliano (www.sparkreations.com) will guide participants through the process with emphasis on learning technique. All materials will be provided. Please bring along scissors.

After the Sheriff mysteriously vanishes, two young kids must saddle up to foil the great heist — but not before stopping a runaway train, escaping an abandoned mine shaft and discovering how a mysterious piano can play an ‘instrumental’ part in putting a rotten cowboy back behind bars.

Those who attend this program will be treated to a modern day adventure. Sam Ducharme set out on a 2180 mile, 14 state backpacking trip from Springer Mountain, Georgia to Mt. Katahdin Maine. During his six-month journey he documented the rugged beauty of the Appalachian Mountains, the wildlife, the hardships encountered on the trail, as well as the people, culture and humanity at its finest. Come join him as he takes you through the trail towns, over the mountaintops and through the backcountry. The images and stories will leave you with a renewed awe of the beauty of our country and its people.
