Event:
MOSQUITO SPRAYING

Between the Hours of 8:00 PM - 2:00 AM Weather Permitting
The Wenham Board of Health, working with the Northeast MA Mosquito Control and Wetlands Management District announced preemptive targeted spraying in Wenham. The targeted areas will include areas along Rt. 97 from Topsfield to Beverly, Cherry Street to Main Street, Pleasant Street including the Pleasant Pond area, and Grapevine Road East of Essex to Gordon College. Ground application by use of truck spraying will be performed. No aerial spraying is planned at this time.
While NO positive test for West Nile Virus (WNV) or Eastern Encephalitis (EEE) have been detected in mosquitoes collected from Wenham.
