Metta,"Loving-kindness" - meditation focused on the development of unconditional love for all beings.

 This program will teach children how to maintain a healthy lifestyle while managing stress, peer pressure, and academics. Metta   will consist of fun, engaging mind and body classes that will incorporate yoga as well as group discussions and activities.

 Target age for this program is 7 to 12 years old.

 Space is limited, please arrive 15 minutes prior for tickets available at the Children's Information Desk.
