Learn fitness, nutrition and trigger points in one class with Dr. Chris Randle. Besides nutrition, and whole body fitness, Dr. Randle will explore trigger points.
Trigger Points, or muscle "knots", are a common cause of stubborn and strange aches and pains. In this session, you will learn from expert professional sport medicine acupuncturist about some common trigger poitns that you can self-care with manual therapy to improve physical function, e.g., headache, eye strain, TMJ, and other common symptoms. The five branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine will be introduced to enhance your knowledge about how to sustain health with TCM.
