Norman Rockwell: The Stages of Life

Wednesday September 18, 2019
6:30 PM until 7:30 PM

Explore some of the artist Norman Rockwell's most beloved images about growing up in 20th century America. The images helped to define a new understanding of the humor and aspirations as well as the pressures and disappointment associated with different stages of modern life. All ages 8+ are welcome and no registration is required. Come learn about and share your interpretations of works of art!

This program is part of a new monthly series of Interactive Art Appreciation Talks. Each month, Jane Oneail from Culturally Curious will lead interactive art appreciation talks at the Amesbury Public Library that will mix art historical facts with audience discussion. There will be a new topic each month, check the calendar for more information.
