If you haven’t attended one of the museum’s popular special events, Día de los Muertos, then you need to enjoy all the fun this year!
Día de los Muertos: Recuerdos y Ofrendas will feature the Community Altar Exhibit with an altar dedicated to Rogelio Botello Rios, a TV legend along the borderland of South Texas and northeastern Mexico. Activities such as paper flower crafts and sugar skull decorating are a great way to spend time with family during this event. Live performances will include Totome, an artistic duo from Mexico, local folklórico dance groups, and Epi and Friends.
