The Federation for Children with Special Needs Recruitment, Training and Support Center (RTSC) is hosting a free orientation training for volunteers willing to serve as a special education decision-maker for a student in DCF care whose parents are unavailable or unable to do so. 

Join us today to learn about the role of an SESP (Special Education Surrogate Parent), how complex trauma can impact learning, and how to incorporate the appropriate supports into the IEP. Check out our website or contact us for more information.
