Remake Learning Days

Join us at the library as we take part in Remake Learning Days! Introductory sewing machine skills will be taught to young makers (grades K-5) through the process of creating their own apron. Students will have the opportunity to select and cut their fabric as well as trim, work with patterns, learn basic sewing techniques and learn how to safely and properly operate a sewing machine. Registration required.
Remake Learning is a professional network of educators and innovators working together to shape the future of teaching and learning in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. Representing more than 250 organizations, Remake Learning is a collaborative effort to inspire and empower a generation of lifelong learners in Pittsburgh, West Virginia and beyond.
