Marian has been teaching yoga for 15+ years. This is a vinyasa flow based class and she’ll mix it up each time so no one will be bored! She will bring extra mats for those who need one. Marian does the practice as she teaches it. This class is for those over 18 years. Beginners are welcome to join, as well.
