Families can join us outdoors as Allegheny County Parks presents their Educational Animal, Mr. McSlithers, an Eastern Black Rat Snake! Learn about his habitat, diet, everyday life and unique adaptations! Each child in attendance will receive a take-home snake activity kit compliments of WQED Inquire Within. This program is for all ages. Please register.

This program will be held outdoors at the library. Families are asked to bring a blanket to sit on during the program. In case of inclement weather, the program will be held indoors in our library's Discovery Center area.
