TEEN VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 2012/2013 Teen Volunteer Opportunities at the Library!
The Library has many roles for teens (13 -17 years of age) who would like to serve their community, earn work experience, CAS/NHS hours, and have fun! Just a few of the teen tasks for the 2012/2013 academic year are: Teen Zone Gaming Coordinators - (16 -17 years) These teens set up gaming equipment and oversee the Teen Zone during gaming times. Teen Shelvers/helpers- These teens shelve books in all areas of the Library and assist with special events such as, Read2Rover. Teen Tutors - These teens assist children (ages 6 - 12) with one-on-one homework help.
(Teens with GPAs of 3.0 or greater, Pre AP, AP, NHS, or IB are encouraged to apply)
