EventKeeper : Tell a Friend
Intro to Fencing for Kids

Saturday November 2, 2019
2:00 PM until 4:00 PM

Here's a unique opportunity to learn about fencing!

Fencing is a rapidly growing sport that teaches discipline, coordination, athleticism, critical thinking, and confidence.

If you've ever wanted to try your hand at fencing, join us for an introductory class with a local pro from Candlewood Fencing Center. You will learn the basics of footwork, mobility, fencing tactics and techniques, as well as how bouts are fenced and scored--all in a fun and safe environment.

This class is for children ages 6-13 years old. Parents must remain in the Library during the program.

Registration is required and limited to 14 children.

Location: Maria Parloa Community Room
