The Health Benefits of Herbal Teas

Herbal teas have many health benefits including relaxation, boosting your immune system, reducing digestive disorders and nausea. Some teas also have anti-inflamatory, antibacterial and antifungal properties, as well as containing many antioxidants that help fight cancer. Join us for a presenation by our favorite tea guru, Sarine Cottreau, owner of Serene Teaz, and learn how to incorporate these delicious and healthful teas into your diet.
Samples of herbal teas will be provided. Registration is limited to 50 people.
