All are welcome! If you've tried meditation and found it challenging, or if you've never tried and are curious, this session may be for you. Tracy O'Neill has studied meditation for 18+ years, and she will offer some techniques and suggestions that go beyond just sitting still and wrestling with your thoughts.  What if meditating is easier than you think? 

Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to remove shoes if they would like.  We'll sit in chairs, but if you prefer to meditate in a backjack or on a cusion, feel free to bring one.
