Let’s get moving this new year! Fun active sessions focusing on intro to strength training, core work, balance, agility & conditioning. Each session will focus on a different fitness topic to build your knowledge of training while getting in a great workout! Open to those looking to incorporate more fitness in their routine as well as athletes looking to improve their athleticism! Participants must be able to attend all classes. This class is reserved for BFL teen patrons only. Please register.
