Get Up Stand Up NY – 10 Bell St, Bellport

$25 per patron for all 6 classes

Get your new year off to a great start with Get Up Stand Up NY! This 6-week training program focuses on functional training for adults. Sessions will incorporate areas of soft tissue work, core stability, strength training, heart rate based conditioning and balance. Progress at your own level and know you are being guided to feel your best! Participants must be able to attend all classes. This class is reserved for BFL adult card holders only. Payment due at the time of registration. Please register.
