In celebration of National Cheeselovers Day, we’ve partnered with local business owner Paige Pfeifer of The Cheese Patch, Boutique Cheese Shop & Wine Bar, in Patchogue, to host a virtual event demonstrating how to create the perfect charcuterie board. Our host will also discuss how to pair wine and beer with cheese. If you would like to taste and drink along with the class, they are even offering mini take-out versions of wine, beer and cheese pairings for purchase at the store.
