Mad Science presents: Reaction in Action
Monday, August 17 at 11 a.m.
This hands-on science workshop is the perfect blend of chemistry and physics, with a focus on things that light up and glow. The children will enjoy reactions that produce light and explore ultraviolet light! They will watch in amazement as real money disappears in a flash. This is an online Zoom workshop in which a live instructor will give step by step instructions as the participants conduct the experiments at home. Please see below for a list of supplies necessary to conduct the experiments. Registration is required and can be done through Eventkeeper.
This program is supported in part by a grant from the Blackstone Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency and also by a generous donation from the Library’s Gift Account.
