Senior Strength and Stability Fitness Class with Certified Personal Trainer Mark Chirumbole

This class is performed from a seating position and can be accomplished by all. The class consists of stretching, resistance training, isometric holds, and basic coordination exercises. The class is designed to improve muscle strength, joint stability, and joint range of movement. The result of this will be improved posture and ability to perform activities of daily living. 

Ample resistance bands will be provided and limited hand held weights will be available. Participants may bring their own weights, which can be anything they are comfortable with, from water bottles to weights of 5 pounds or more.
