Our Senior Fitness classes, taught by Mark Chirumbole, will focus on one aspect of physical fitness each month. The workshops will build upon each other but can be attended individually. The classes consist of three parts: opening discussion/instruction, the workout and a Q&A with the instructor. Fee is $10 per class.
