Come still the waters of your mind in a supportive, friendly group through mindful meditation! Regular meditation has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, and to enhance focus and wellbeing.
Please note that due to a space conflict, this meeting will be in the Music Hall, not the Lincoln Gallery as usual.
This group meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month, from 2:00-3:00 PM. No registration is required. This group is intended for adults, but anyone who can participate is welcome.
