Michael Rizzi, author of Jesuit Colleges and Universities in the United States: A History (Catholic University of America Press, 2022), will give a talk about the history of American Catholic higher education. Hear the story of Catholic immigration to the United States, and how Catholic schools served those immigrants and fought against discrimination throughout history.
