Do you enjoy stimulating conversation? Join us once a month as we gather together to discuss interesting topics and share ideas. Conversation salons are face-to-face discussions among people who are interested in sharing thoughts, information and opinions about the meaningful events of our own experiences, our community and the world at large. Salons are held regularly in numerous public libraries in Allegheny County.
Topics can include current events, the arts, social and cultural issues, politics, ethics, entertainment, science and technology. At times, the conversation may be serious and analytical and at other times, entertaining, lighthearted and amusing. Please join us and enjoy the lively exchange of ideas and the art of good conversation.
The conversation salon meets 10 a.m.–noon on the second Monday of each month at the Westinghouse Lodge (799 Barclay Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15221, behind the Forest Hills Borough Building).
No registration required. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Forest Hills Library.
