Fitness Center Orientation Class

This quarterly orientation class is an information session typically 30-45 minutes in length that will provide you with the basics of how to use the weight machines and cardio equipment. You will learn how to start, stop, and change settings on cardio machines. How to change weight selection and seat height while discussing proper form on weight machines. This orientation class is perfect for the Active Duty, Dependent and Retiree that is a novice or intimidated fitness center attendee. For more information call 302-677-3962
