Join Catherine Bence, The Parker's Genealogy Librarian, for a workshop in Using Census Records for Genealogy. This lecture will cover:
1. How Census Reports can be used in researching your family back through time
2. What to watch out for in Census Records
3. An overview of the U.S. Federal Census (1790-1940) including year-to-year differences
4. Other Censuses - U.K., Canada, State Censuses, Special Tables
There will time for Q&A.
Registration requested (to have enought handouts), but drop-ins are welcome.
