The Chewy Decimal Cooking Show, brought to you by The Friends of the Eastham Library, features Eastham’s own Elaine Lipton preparing some of her favorite international meals.  In this lesson, Elaine prepares two dishes from India: Shrimp Curry and Gajar-Ka-Halva (a delicious, nutritious carrot dessert)
