This program is presented by the Seton Hall Law Investor Advocacy Project (IAP), a clinic at the law school that provides “zealous advocacy for investors of modest means”.

The presentation addresses commonly used terms in the financial industry, different types of securities and the "red flags" associated with each that may signal fraud or abuse by brokers handling your money. Learn what FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) is, common FINRA causes of action and questions to ask your investment professional before turning over your money.
