Event:	Simple Nutrition for Better Health Monday September 10, 2012 6:30 PM until 8:00 PM Hopewell residents Daria Rocco and Mark Martell will present this program on *Simple Nutrition for Better Health* . Come learn a common sense approach to a healthier lifestyleand discover the simple changes you can make at any age. The presentation will : Walk participants through simple nutrition for everyone Explain why process foods and refined sugars wreak havoc on your body and what you can do about it Share the benefits of alkaline verses acidic Explain the steps you can take to make the necessary changes Share exercising tips using a muscle confusion- interval training concept with the how to's Educate participants on the importance of a recovery period.
