Butterfly ProgramSaturday March 23, 2019
2:00 PM until 3:00 PM
The Butterfly Program This event reviews the material taught in The Butterfly Program classes, a crash course for: building self-confidence on the inside and outside, learning how to manage stress, navigate relationships and understand the underlying impact of social media.
A girl who has positive self-talk, knows and appreciates her strengths and values and is positive and grateful, is a girl who has a strong foundation in place for a successful and happy future. The Butterfly Program will address poignant topics that affect today's girls, including self-confidence, stress, and relationships.
Regina Dubois is a Certified Professional Coach through Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and has certifications from University of Pennsylvania in Positive Psychology. This along with the fact that she is a mother to two daughters in middle school has motivated her to offer classes that will help girls feel more confident in themselves and provide skills that can establish life-long well-being.
This program is open to middle-school girls. Registration is required.
