Want to know more about their role in our history and culture? Jeremy D'Entremontauthor and lighthouse historian, will present "New England Lighthouses and the People Who Kept Them". His presentation will feature Boston Light, Minot's Ledge Light, past and present images of the lighthouses, video clips and more! 

Bio: Jeremy D'Entremont has written more than 20 books and 300 articles on lighthouse history and other maritime topics. He is the president and historian of the American Lighthouse Foundation, and the founder of Friends of Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouses. He has lectured and narrated cruises from Maine to California, and is producer of a podcast for the U.S. Lighthouse Society. He is also editor of the website "New England Lighthouses: A Virtual Guide" at www.newenglandlighthouses.net. He emphasizes the rich human history of lighthouse keepers and their families in his presentations.
