(Virtual) Guided Taiji Qigong LessonWednesday January 27, 2021
11:00 AM until 11:30 AM
Taiji Qigong is an easy-to-learn system of energy-enhancing exercises, which coordinates movement with breathing and inner concentration. If practiced regularly, it can boost your energy, improve health, and help prevent illness.
*In-Person Sessions: In-person sessions will be on hiatus until the spring. In-person sessions will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The Flint Public Library will offer in-person taiji qigong classes lead by Larry Greenberg at the Flint outside on the lawn by the Historical Society. Participants must wear protective facial covering and practice social distancing during the class. If you have any questions about the sessions or whether a session is taking place outdoors, please email Melissa Gaspar (email@example.com) or call the library (978.774.8132).
*Virtual Zoom Sessions: Beginning December 2020, taiji qigong sessions will move to a virtual format held live on Zoom with Larry Greenberg. Participants can join from the comfort of their own homes via a zoom link. Please email Melissa Gaspar at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the zoom link information.
